Veterinary Masked Laryngeal Airways

Secure airway management during general anesthesia could present problems such as regurgitation and aspiration of gastric content.  Several studies have shown however, that the use of an LMA in the veterinary anesthetic practice improves airway management.

After over 20 years of successful use of Dr. Cook’s air-Q® Masked Laryngeal Airways in the traditional hospital environment, the need for Masked Laryngeal Airways in veterinary medicine became apparent.  We now offer 3 sizes suitable for use on cats and dogs.
